"My horse decided skewering himself on a TPost on a Sunday was the thing to do. Dr. Hughes was at my farm in 20 minutes, evaluated him, determined he had not punctured his abdominal cavity and decided that it was worth a shot to try to save him and did a field surgery on him. He was trapped in a ditch and she called one of my neighbors with a tractor to see if they could pull him out. Today is Wednesday and the horse is doing well. All above and beyond my expectations. She is a talented professional."
